Wow, what a round of emails I just had. I was an extremely early adopter of their service. I haven't used it in quite some time though. I was going to start up again but; they lost my email address linked to the account. Actually, according to them, they lost everything linked to my account accept the handle itself. So my very unique user name is locked and can't be used. They told me to just create another one. Ofcorse now everything you can imagine is used and my very unique name is what everyone knows me by. They absolutely refused to change the password (which is empty actually so I can't even 'guess' it since you can't press OK with a blank password), refuse to change the email address, etc. Flat out told me tough noogies and they don't want to deal with it...

So to hell with them. I was going to setup free advertising for Skype and all other services I use on the new foundation. Now they can kiss my backside and I'll continue to support Vonage, Yahoo and Jajah, which have very customer friendly services.
